Radar has been designed specifically for high risk customers to detect and trap mice, hygienically and humanely.
The innovative & safe mouse trap system was developed by Rentokil to meet the needs of high risk market segments, where the presence of a single mouse cannot be tolerated. Within these segments, effective pest control is critical to ensure compliance with Health and Safety as well as the high standards of customer or supply chain audits.
In addition to delivering all the benefits outlined above, Radar further illustrates Rentokil’s commitment to the use of non-toxic pest control wherever possible, helping to reduce our environmental impact.
Radar is suitable for a range of customers and industries, including:
Radar has two entrances, one at each end of the unit, allowing for mice to run along its passageway. When the mouse breaks two consecutive infrared beams, it trips a circuit that immediately closes both entrances. Once the mouse is trapped inside the tightly sealed chamber, the carbon dioxide gas is released. The gas acts extremely rapidly and is widely recognised as a humane method of control.
There is no danger of contamination as the mouse remains completely isolated. As the unit is self-contained it can be safely and discreetly removed from your premises by our qualified and experienced technicians.
Ongoing contract maintenance will ensure the optimal performance of Radar, and fulfil compliance with Health & Safety obligations.
